Job summary

PBS Corp. (Positive Behavior Supports Corporation) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role offers mentorship, career growth opportunities, and hands-on ABA training to make a meaningful impact for families served.

This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, providing pathways toward greater responsibilities within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and work in home, school, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
