• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology is a plus.
• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA in a consistent and reliable manner.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior as per the program requirements.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
• Assist in conducting assessments and provide feedback about progress and areas needing attention.
• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions to maintain certification requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and other stakeholders regarding client progress.
