Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-developed protocols, collect data, and document progress while collaborating with caregivers and teammates.

Requirements include an active RBT certification or willingness to obtain, a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred), and CPR/First Aid within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB or willingness to obtain.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; pursuing/holding a Bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-on-one ABA therapy sessions.
• Collect data during sessions and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and caregivers to foster learning.
