Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; background in psychology/education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress as directed by the treatment plan.
• Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
• Provide direct one-on-one in-home services.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure treatment fidelity.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
