A specialized therapy provider in North Carolina is seeking a registered behavioral technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy to children with autism. This role involves implementing treatment plans, collaborating with a team of therapists, and engaging in ongoing training. Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes as required.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure care quality.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.

Connaissances

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

Effective communication in the English language

Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

Reliable transportation
