Job summary

Golden Steps ABA in Fremont, Nebraska, is seeking a 1:1 ABA therapist (RBT) to support early learners and youths with autism in home or community settings. You will implement behavioral plans under supervision and track progress with BCBA feedback.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients
• Must possess a High School Degree

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations, and parent training.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and RBT team members about treatment delivery.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around child patients and families as indicated by BACB.
• Enter data and trials daily for each pediatric patient for all programs.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, conferences, and team meetings.
