Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC in Leawood, Kansas is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. This role supports clients through evidence-based, in-home, school, or clinic sessions and collaborates with BCBA-designated treatment plans.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), a high school diploma, and a commitment to reliability, safety, and travel where needed. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification if not currently certified.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
