Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Council Grove, KS. We provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children and are committed to client success through collaborative care.

You will deliver 1:1 in-home, in-school, or in-clinic sessions, implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and work with families and teammates to support progress. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
