Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement therapy programs, teach functional skills, and collect data to track progress.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold an active RBT credential, have a high school diploma, pass a background check, and possess reliable transportation. Schedule is 15–20 hours/week after school with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent behavior plan implementation.
