Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement programs designed by the BCBA and help children meet functional goals.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and enjoy teamwork with families. We offer a flexible schedule, PTO, opportunities for advancement, and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the keids to meet their functional goals and needs.
