Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children and support their development. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement to full-time positions.

As an RBT, you will implement ABA treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and collaborate with families. The position requires a valid RBT certification and experience with children in ABA or related fields.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Skills

Experience with children in ABA therapy

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Reliable transportation
