Accurate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under a BCBA to implement ABA programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes direct one-on-one therapy across homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, with data collection and collaboration with families and professionals.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification, a 40-hour ABA training, and a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Complete 40-hour ABA training & competency assessment.
• RBT certification from BACB.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Implement BIPs designed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in homes, schools, clinics, community.
• Collect accurate data on client progress.
• Develop individualized treatment goals based on assessments.
• Implement behavior reduction procedures to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide feedback to the BCBA on progress.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ethics.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions with BCBA.
