Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is a leading ABA service provider seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and teams to ensure consistent care.

The role offers opportunities to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings while supporting positive behavior change and skill development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members for continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
