Job summary

United Care ABA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our mission-driven team serving children with autism and their families. You’ll provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision, support data collection, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete certification before start date.
• Experience working with children in educational/behavioral settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable, with ability to follow treatment plans and collect data.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and participate in training/meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families.
