Job summary
ABA Solutions in Venice, FL is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and adolescents in school and home settings. You will work alongside a BCBA team to implement behavior intervention plans and help clients reach meaningful goals.
This role offers flexible scheduling, 1:1 ABA therapy, real-time data collection, ongoing in-house CEUs, and growth opportunities, including a Student Analyst Program with supervisors. Full-time W2 benefits available.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification is required.
- Experience with children/youth in educational or therapeutic settings.
- Reliable transportation for travel between home and school cases.
- Commitment to ethical, person-centered care and ongoing development.
- Availability of 25+ hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school, home, and community settings.
- Implement individualized behavior plans developed by supervising BCBA.
- Collect and input accurate data in real-time.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and clinicians to drive outcomes.
