Job summary

ABA Solutions in Clermont, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and teens in school and home settings. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, implement BCBA-approved behavior plans, and collect data to monitor progress.

You’ll work with families and other health professionals, with on-site mentoring from directors, and opportunities for career growth. A valid RBT certification or ability to obtain it within 6 months is required, plus reliable local transportation.

• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable, professional, and eager to grow in the ABA field
• Reliable transportation for local travel between service locations

You’ll serve children and teens in public and private schools, as well as in family homes, across Clermont and Lake County, collaborating with OTs, SLPs, and PTs in a coordinated care model.
