ABA Solutions in Venice, FL is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and adolescents in school and home settings. You will work alongside a BCBA team to implement behavior intervention plans and help clients reach meaningful goals.

This role offers flexible scheduling, 1:1 ABA therapy, real-time data collection, ongoing in-house CEUs, and growth opportunities, including a Student Analyst Program with supervisors. Full-time W2 benefits available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children/youth in educational or therapeutic settings.
• Reliable transportation for travel between home and school cases.
• Commitment to ethical, person-centered care and ongoing development.
• Availability of 25+ hours per week.

About the Role

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and adolescents in school and home settings across Venice, FL. You’ll work closely with our BCBA team to implement behavior intervention plans, facilitate social skills, and help clients reach life-changing goals.
