Job summary

Best Ever ABA in Clover, SC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to ensure client progress and success.

Ideal candidates have or are willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check; flexible part-time

Qualifications

RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
Collect and document data on client progress.
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
