Job summary

Best Ever ABA in Columbia, SC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings with flexible shifts and strong professional development support.

Qualifications

• Experience as an RBT or willingness to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass a background check; reliable transportation; ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
