Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. Part-time with growth opportunities and ongoing mentorship.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based treatment plans, recording progress data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure client success. Travel locally for in-home sessions is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
