Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role involves implementing ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collecting data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans devised by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure program success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
