Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision, implementing ABA plans and monitoring progress.

This part-time role offers mentorship, potential growth to full-time as caseloads expand, and supportive team development with opportunities for travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
