Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA-based services in homes, schools, and community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a pathway to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
