Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA, using ABA-based treatment plans and data collection to track progress.

Qualifications

• Requires active RBT certification and experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
