Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part‑time, in‑home sessions in North Carolina. You will work 1:1 with children, implementing ABA‑based plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

We provide ongoing mentorship, hands‑on training, and a clear growth path toward full‑time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA, therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required;Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
