Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home, school, or community sessions in Hickory, NC. This part-time position offers growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship and ongoing training.

Work 1:1 with children, implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, record progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel locally is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Required: Active RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
