Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles across home, school, or community settings in North Carolina. You will support ABA plans and collect progress data, working closely with BCBA supervision.

This position offers mentorship, opportunities for growth to BCBA, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and competitive pay with quarterly rewards as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
