ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Vernon, CT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home, school, and community-based therapy teams.

You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on client progress, and collaborate with families to ensure success. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or work with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.
