Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, or school settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals with a compassionate, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers
