Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Chester, NH. We provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings and support professional development.

You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure client success. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy or pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
