Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. Provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA plans and collect progress data.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training and certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement. Candidates must have RBT certification and a high school diploma; travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Able to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive therapy environment.
