Job summary

Succeed ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home, 1:1 therapy with children aged 1–21. Roles include delivering ABA interventions in natural environments and collecting data to support progress, under supervision. Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
