Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. The role emphasizes data-driven intervention, collaboration with family and supervisors, and strict adherence to ABA procedures.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.

• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
