Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics under BCBA supervision. You will collect progress data and collaborate with families to support child development.

Ideal candidates have or are pursuing the 40-hour RBT course, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Part-time hours offer flexible scheduling and local travel.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour RBT course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
