Job summary

Training support includes the ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for the BACB exam. The position requires an active RBT certification, 6+ months of relevant experience, and availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• Minimum 6 months relevant experience (internships or related roles).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain accurate data
• Work closely with BCBAs, families and team members.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
