ABA Centers of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. The role includes implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and tracking progress with data collection.

Starting pay is $20.85 per hour with paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence. Active BACB RBT certification required at hire.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification through the BACB board is required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsabilidades

• Direct client support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect and organize session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
