Job summary

ABA Centers of Tennessee is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Knoxville, TN, offering a starting rate of $20.85 per hour. The role involves delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision, with paid training and mentorship to support certification progression.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and families, track progress, and maintain accurate session data while participating in ongoing trainings and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM with mix of day/evening hours.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Track progress and maintain session data with accuracy.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training.
