ABA Centers of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, track progress, and support families while building essential skills in clients.

Starting rate is $20.85 per hour for RBTs. The role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement, including ABA Academy support to pass the RBT exam and progress toward higher

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (BACB)
• Availability: afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Reliable transportation with driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support and delivery of ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members in meetings and trainings
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed
