Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support individuals in residential programs and assist in delivering behavior analytics under supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, plan review, and client-centered skill-building.

Responsibilities include administering medications per MAP regulations where applicable, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with guardians and team members to foster independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• RBT certification required.
• Associate’s degree or DSP certification preferred.
• 1 year of experience with developmental/psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in activities of daily living.
• Deliver behavior analytic services, implement interventions, collect data, and report on target behaviors.
• Meet regularly with RBT supervisor to review plans and data.
• Create opportunities for individuals to develop skills and independence.
• Comply with relevant regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations where applicable.
• Transport individuals to activities and maintain documentation per policy.
• Build positive relationships with guardians and stakeholders.
