Job summary

Bridgewell in Massachusetts seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals in residential and program settings. The role collaborates with an RBT supervisor to implement behavior plans and collect data, delivering behavior analytic services and skill-building in daily activities.

You will help foster independence, coordinate transportation, maintain documentation, and uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver''s license with driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and skills training for activities of daily living.
• Deliver behavior analytic services, assist data collection and reporting.
• Meet with RBT supervisor to review behavior plans and data.
• Help individuals develop skills and independence.
• Follow DDS/DMH/MassHealth/HUD regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations as applicable.
• Maintain required documentation per regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Develop positive relationships with guardians and families.
• Transport individuals to activities as needed.
• Maintain core training certifications (CPR/FA, OSHA, MAP, Driver Safety).
• Assists individuals with accessing community resources and recreation.
