Job summary

Bridgewell in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals in residential programs and deliver behavior analytics under supervision. The role emphasizes direct daily living skills coaching and data collection.

You'll collaborate with a supervisor, maintain documentation, and uphold regulatory standards while fostering independence and community integration for people with disabilities. Flexible schedule, 12 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; RBT certification required.
• 1 year of experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in activities of daily living.
• Deliver behavior analytic services, implement interventions, collect data, and report on target behaviors.
• Meet regularly with RBT supervisor to review plans and data.
• Develop opportunities for independence and skill development.
• Adhere to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF and Bridgewell policies.
• Support individuals with medical, clinical, and financial needs.
• Transport individuals to activities when needed and document accordingly.
• Maintain required documentation per regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and recreational opportunities.
• Administer medications as per MAP regulations.
• Maintain core certifications (CPR/FA, OSHA, PABC, MAP, Driver Safety).
• Pursue additional mandated trainings as required.
