Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and provide support in residential programs while assisting in delivering behavior analytic services under supervision. The role emphasizes skills training, data collection, and collaboration with a supervising RBT.

The position requires a current RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification required.
• 1 year experience with developmental/psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training in activities of daily living.
• Deliver behavior analytic services under supervision.
• Maintain documentation per regulatory standards.
• Support individuals with medical, clinical, and financial needs.
• Transport individuals to activities as needed.
