Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Tucson is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.

This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays, growth opportunities, paid training, and fully supported RBT

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace and working with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Team mindset; may cover nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
