Job summary

The Behavior Doc is a behavior analyst owned and managed agency with doctorate level analysts on staff, providing transparent growth opportunities for staff. RBTs will implement behavior programming 1:1 with individuals with special needs, receiving weekly supervision from a BCBA and hands-on training.

Availability includes both part-time and full-time roles, with flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates have experience with special needs, are eager to learn, and pursuing a career in ABA.

Qualifications

• RBT role with direct client support in ABA settings.
• Requires completion of a 40-hour RBT training and exam; agency covers costs if hired.
• Education: GED or high-school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement behavior programming 1:1 with clients.
• Work in home, school and community settings as assigned.
• Receive supervision and training from BCBA/case supervisor.
• Collect and document behavior data for progress tracking.
