Lumino ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy in school and home settings in Davenport, FL. You will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism, implementing behavior plans and collecting progress data during sessions.

This role offers an hourly rate of $22.00–$26.00 and opportunities for career growth toward BCBA, with additional support and training to help you succeed in a caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel if needed.
• Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and BCBA-designed protocols.
• Accurately collect data on client progress during sessions.
• Provide direct support to clients to improve behavioral skills and quality of life.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.

• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders
• Implement behavior intervention plans, and follow specific protocol designed by the BCBA
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions
• Provide direct support and care to clients, focusing on improving their behavioral skills and overall quality of life

• Collaborate with stakeholders and BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Availability for full-time (25–35+ hours/week)
