Job summary

Qualifications

• Proof of High School Diploma or equivalent or AA degree/48 college units.
• Paraeducator exam or equivalent certification is required or preferred.
• RBT certification must be maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to students with special needs in school settings.
• Implement instructional activities and materials as directed.
• Maintain organized, safe classroom and learning environments.
• Assist with social skills and behavior management.
• Assist with classroom technology and adaptive devices as needed.
• Provide observations to staff and participate in planning meetings.
