Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with children with autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll implement ABA treatments under the guidance of BCBA, receive training and mentorship, and enjoy a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; preferred bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in varied settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
