Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build meaningful connections with clients’ families.
