Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, on-site role at our Pinehurst center. You will implement individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and engage with children and families to support progress.

We offer intensive training, ongoing professional development, competitive pay, bonuses, and a benefits package. Candidates should have an RBT credential or BACB‑recognized 40‑hour training and be able to work fully on-site.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB‑recognized 40‑hour RBT training completion
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• CPR certification before start date is required
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain necessary clearances
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities encouraged
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills expected
• Commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis and collaboration
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site in a center-based setting
• On-site supervision and ongoing training provided
