Opal Autism Centers in Wilmington, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our center-based ABA team. The role involves delivering therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and engaging families to support treatment goals.

Ideal candidates have an RBT credential or BACB 40-hour training, 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs, and the ability to obtain CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification - OR - BACB 40-hour training or BT experience in ABA
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs
• Ability to obtain CPR certification before start date
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Responsabilités

• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress
• Engage clients in instructional activities to promote learning
• Communicate progress and strategies to families
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Adhere to ethical guidelines in behavior analysis
• On-site, center-based supervision and training
